  • How do you build instant relationships and avoid uneasy interactions?

  • How do you communicate successfully with the most challenging people you manage?

  • How do you know what’s really important to someone you want to do business with?

  • How do you trigger someone’s motivation to want to talk to you?

  • How do you know someone else’s reasons for buying a product or service?

  • How do you buy a product or service, what motivates you to make the decision?

The answer to Manchesterall of these questions is to customise your language in ways that ‘trigger’ the other person’s motivation, tapping into what counts for them.

People (that’s us by the way!) reveal unconscious motivation patterns in the everyday language they use. It’s all there in natural everyday conversation.

Motivation touches every aspect of our lives day to day and we don’t even recognise it, how we work, play, communicate, buy, sell and so on.

During this two-hour interactive workshop we’ll work with two major motivation patterns that have huge influence in the contexts of:

  • Building relationships that work; Communicating successfully with anyone.
  • Recruitment; Avoiding costly mistakes by employing only people who are motivated to perform.
  • Building cohesive teams; Creating high performance teams by managing people’s strengths instead of suffering from their weaknesses.
  • Negotiating; Dramatically improving results in negotiation.
  • Training; Adapting training and education programmes that satisfy every need.
  • Developing self-awareness; Increasing knowledge of self by acknowledging and understanding personal motivations.
  • Making career decisions; Simplifying career counselling and professional coaching.
  • Selling; Shortening the sales cycle and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing; Designing powerful marketing and advertising campaigns.

About Ros Hunter

Ros is an NLP consultant and trainer with extensive experience in business and people management, having participated in the transformation of the Body Shop from small beginnings into a global retail organisation. Over recent years, as a development consultant and professional coach and mentor, Ros has developed a solid business base that includes projects from private and corporate businesses, the media, the professions, environmental organisations, manufacturing, education, the charity sector, local government and the care industry.

She is one of only a handful of consultants in the UK who apply The Language and Behaviour Profile (LAB), which determines innate motivation traits to individuals for their professional development. Her web site is at www.perfect-synergy.co.uk.

(NB the LAB Profile is just about the most accessible way to use NLP 'metaprograms' - as in Shelle Rose Charvet's excellent book Words That Change Minds).
