1 May 2007 - Modelling in Business with Fran Burgess
“We construct our reality.” “All behaviour has a structure.” These are the fundamental beliefs behind the application of NLP. They also form the basis of the pursuit of Modelling, namely finding that structure (model) which is generating the behaviour. Once we detect the model, we have the options to re-model or re-programme the structure.
This workshop will offer you three different approaches to model at an individual or personal level, at a group level and at a cultural level. You will be able to experience the process for yourself, and take away strategies to apply these models within your place of work, or home.
Fran Burgess has been learning NLP since the early 80’s. She and her husband Derek Jackson co-founded The Northern School of NLP based in Whalley Lancashire eight years ago. In this time the School has delivered 23 NLP Practitioner and 10 Master Practitioner trainings, has established a competence based NLPt Psychotherapy Diploma within NLPtCA requirements. With a reputation for a focus on modelling, the School regularly brings in top trainers from the States and UK: Robert Dilts, Judy Delozier, Steve Gilligan, David Gordon, Bill O’Hanlon, and John McWhirter, James Lawley and Penny Tompkins.
The School’s website www.nlpand.co.uk provides extensive information plus an area which includes quizzes, articles, exercises and competitions. In fact nearly 10% of our visitors to the site stay for more than an hour!
