Bev Holden and her business partner Kate Hargreaves set up the Clear Thinking Partnership in February 2007, specialising in behavioural training and development. As professional trainers, facilitators and coaches, they work with clients across a variety of industry sectors, with individuals and with teams, helping them to get a better return on investment for their training by discovering ways to “make learning stick.”

Having had successful careers in corporate environments where training was given great importance, Bev and Kate realised that there was a need to support businesses with the implementation of learning into the workplace. The Clear Thinking purpose is to create a shift in thinking and behaviour so that the primary intention and desired outcome of training interventions are fully achieved and organisations enjoy the transformation in performance and results they need to maintain competitive advantage.
