Would you like an easy-to-use coaching and problem-solving model that you can also use with teams? Plus some practical tips on how to stop team meetings and teambuilding sessions from turning into a whinge fest?
The SCORE Model, developed by Robert Dilts and Todd Epstein, is a method for mapping out any problem, plus what you want instead. You can use it in one-to-one coaching, team building, and group facilitation. It's not taught in every school of NLP, but it's well worth knowing about.
AND - it becomes even more powerful when the principles of Appreciative Inquiry and the Scaling tool from the Solution Focus approach are applied to it. Come to this session with something you want to change or improve, whether in work or in your wider life, and experience how adding an 'appreciative frame', state-dependent learning, and chunking to the basic SCORE makes it even more effective.
